Comprehensive Therapy

Everyone at some point in life seeks out counsel.  Therapy is a safe place to confidentially seek solutions to the challenges life brings our way.  At Tree of Life Counseling, I work with individuals or families to facilitate change during times of transition or emotional or psychological distress.  We will work together to develop client centered treatment goals and objectives.  The frequency and length of treatment varies depending on your personal goals and types of problems being addressed.  I offer services for trauma, depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, suicide prevention/screening, self-esteem building, premarital counseling, and grief.  The following treatment options are available:

• Individual Therapy (if client is a child the parents/guardians are involved in treatment, but individual work is done with the child though different modes depending on the child's age)
